How to put on a wig?
2021.02.22

You may not realize that when you receive your new hair products, it is pre-designed and is actually ready to be out of the box. With a little shake and fluff, you can get your wig ready to be put on in a few minutes.

Due to various types of styles, the packaging methods used to store each style are different. For example, when you open the box, you may notice that your wig is packaged inside. This is to keep the style open and airy. There are other common packaging methods, such as folding, folding, inverting and inverting, folding the wig somewhere, or putting it on the side. Each method aims to preserve the style of the wig.

Now that you understand why wigs are packaged in different ways, let's take a look at what you should do once you start using wigs. First, place your hand inside the wig and shake it to relax the fibers. If your wig uses a curly hair band, please use your fingers or a picture comb. If your wig is straight, you can use a wig brush to gently wipe the wig. Please note, never use ordinary brushes on the wig! It is very important to only use styling tools specially designed for wigs, otherwise the wigs may be damaged. When you comb your wig with your fingers, leather comb or wig brush, you will find that the wig starts to become fuller, showing the appearance of the style you ordered.

Before putting on a wig, you first need to prepare your own hair. If you have short hair, just brush it back, away from your face. For longer hair, fix it by curling the flat needle from the part of your hair. Keep them evenly distributed on the head to avoid collisions and bumps. If you have little or no hair, you need to use a wig liner to keep your wig safe. However, wig liners are recommended for those with hair, and can be used to fix all lengths of hair.

Now is the time to put your fakes on your head. Follow these simple steps to put on your wig:

Use both hands to hold the wig on the nape where the tag is located. Tilt your head slightly. You place the fakes in the front and back positions.

Place the front part of the wig on the eyebrows, and then put on the wig, just like wearing a swimming cap.

Push the front of the wig back until it is slightly below the natural hairline. Position the tabs on both sides of the ears in front of the ears and do not cover the center of the wig. When the wig feels comfortable, curl up any stray hair.
